Following on from the success of this year's Spring NXNC Lecture Series and Summer 2x4 discussion groups, the AIARE is happy to continue the design dialogue with three Southwest architects presented as part of the Fall NXNC Lecture Series 'Got Shade?'. Please join us, and help make this Fall Lecture Series an even greater success!

November 13th: Wendell Burnette

All lectures will be held at the Sonoma County Museum.
Cost: One lecture $10.00; Entire series: $25.00.

	Windsor S-DAT

I want to thank everyone who supported the SDAT Team in Windsor this week and the Chapter Board for its support of this effort over the past several months. I know I can safely say that the Town of Windsor and the AIA / SDAT team appreciates the AIARE’s role in this significant planning effort for this community. As we move into the next year and the long-range implementation strategic planning phase the AIARE will continue to have opportunities to support this program. We expect the Windsor SDAT report to come out in 2 months (+/-). At that time we will have a gathering to review, celebrate and to assess how we, as a chapter, would like to be involved - there’s plenty of opportunity.

So again thank you for taking time from your challenging schedules and spread the word throughout with other AIARE members about the future opportunities to get involved in a community “grass-roots” planning effort that will ultimately lead to better design for not only Windsor but the region.
